Baked Eggplants - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked eggplants
2 eggs
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour in casserole dish.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
