Diet Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 large celery stalks, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can Blue Lake Del Monte seasoned green beans
    chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook in crock-pot or on stove until tender.
