Carraway'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices cubed toast
    2 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
    2 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
    1 qt. milk
    8 eggs
    salt and pepper
    cornflakes to cover
Preparation
    Layer greased large casserole dish with half of the toast cubes, sausage and cheese; repeat.
    Beat eggs; add salt, pepper and milk. Pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight covered with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, 20 minutes.
    Add crushed cornflakes and bake 25 to 30 minutes more.
