Fanny'S Fantastic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Vienna bread (uncut)
    12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    12 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 sticks butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed (optional)
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. seasoned salt or salt substitute
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut bread crosswise like a pineapple (about 1 inch cuts) just down to the bottom crust.
    Mix cheese with mushrooms and stuff into the cuts.
    Place on a large sheet of heavy aluminum foil. (May do this much the night before.
    Wrap and refrigerate.)
