"Pizza"-Dillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour tortillas
    butter or margarine
    grated Cheddar cheese
    sliced pepperoni
Preparation
    Butter one side of a flour tortilla.
    Place in a frying pan over medium-high heat, buttered side down.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and pepperoni slices that have been sliced thinly again into small strips.
    Sprinkle with another thin layer of cheese. Top with another flour tortilla, buttered side up.
    Heat on both sides until crisp and lightly browned.
    Cut into pizza style slices.
    Serve warm.
