Ingredients
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    juice from 2 lemons
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and heat over hot water. Serve warm over pan-fried trout or use as a side dish instead of tartar sauce.
