Cold Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/4 lb. bean sprouts (fresh)
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 to 3 green onions, sliced
    1 jar pimientos, sliced
Preparation
    Cook together rice and bouillon.
    Add oil and soy sauce.
    Stir and chill.
    Just before serving or a few hours earlier, add 2 cups chicken, bean sprouts, mushrooms, onions, pimientos.
    Stir together and serve.
