Harvest Potatoes With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. finely chopped onion, divided
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled, very thinly sliced and divided
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine seasoning.
    Place 2 tablespoons melted butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet.
    (If handles are not ovenproof, wrap with foil.)
    Arrange 1/3 of the potato slices into a circular pattern in skillet.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon seasonings, 4 teaspoons butter and 1 tablespoon onion. Repeat layers twice.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Press layers down. Bake 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
