Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box powdered sugar (4 1/2 c. sifted)
    1 stick soft butter
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. canned evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cream together adding milk slowly.
    You may need a little more milk as you mix them together.
    Spread over cool cake.
