Oliebollen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 grams flour
    1 egg
    12 grams yeast
    225 ml. milk
    50 grams sultanas
    80 grams raisins
    oil for frying
    confectioners (powdered) sugar for topping
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt and make a hole in the middle.
    Place the egg in the hole.
    Heat milk to lukewarm and mix yeast with part of the milk to dissolve it.
    Place the dissolved yeast mixture in the middle of the flour with the rest of the milk.
    Start stirring from the middle and go outwards.
    Add washed and strained raisins. Put a tea towel over the dough and let rise for about an hour. Drop batter by spoons into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
