German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. peeled, thinly sliced, tart apples
Preparation

Beat eggs and oil together until foamy.
Beat in sugar. Combine soda, salt, cinnamon and flour.
Stir into egg mixture. Add vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip or Cream Cheese Icing.
