Cranberry Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    2 small oranges
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Wash and dry cranberries.
    Peel oranges and save peel.
    Put cranberries and peel from one orange in food processor.
    Process until finely chopped.
    Dice orange pulp and add to cranberries with sugar.
    Process just until combined.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Let cool.
    Add cranberry-orange mixture and pour into oiled mold.
    Chill until firm.
