Corn Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. margarine
    3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal and salt in mixing bowl.
    Pour in 1 cup of boiling water and stir.
    Add margarine and stir until melted.
    Add another 3/4 cup boiling water and continue stirring.
    Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture (about the size of a half dollar) on a greased cookie sheet, then bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes approximately 3 dozen chips.
