Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. beef stew meat
1 (12 oz.) bag egg noodles
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. water

Preparation

Brown meat in butter or margarine. Add green pepper and onion. Saute until tender.
Add 4 cups of water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer at least 1 1/2 hours.
