Bruschetta With Anchovy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small tins anchovies
    1/2 c. chopped garlic
    12 oz. coarsely chopped pimientos
    6 minced scallions
    olive oil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. finely minced parsley
    2 loaves Italian bread (about 2 inches in diameter)
Preparation
    Prepare the salad.
    Coarsely chop the anchovies and place in a mixing bowl.
    Add about a 1/4 teaspoon of finely minced garlic, the pimientos, the scallions, 1 tablespoon oil, the lemon juice and parsley.
    Reserve.
