Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fettucini pasta
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
    While pasta is cooking, melt butter in saucepan.
    Add half and half and cheeses, a little at a time, over a low heat. Mix gently after each addition.
