Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 c. pecan halves
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy.
    Stir in pecans, coating well.
    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon and stir in pecans, coating evenly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
