Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onions, salt, oregano, pepper and 1/3 cup tomato sauce.
Place mixture on wax paper and flatten into a rectangle.
Add cheese and roll like a jelly roll. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Pour off grease.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over meat loaf.
Return to oven.
Bake another 10 minutes.
It helps if you pinch the ends together so that the cheese does not come out.
