Stabilized Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. Knox gelatine
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. hot water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar, granulated or powdered
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine on cold water.
    Let sit until softened, about 5 minutes.
    Add the hot water; mix well, heat if needed, until all granules are dissolved.
    Beat the whipping cream until nearly finished.
    Slowly add the gelatine mixture, then add sugar to taste.
    Beat until cream is of desired consistency.
    Refrigerate.
