Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    margarine
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread. Spread tops of bread slices with margarine and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well. Spoon over bread slices. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Combine eggs, half and half and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour over cheese. Cover casserole tightly and chill overnight.
