Steak Or What? - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 medium cold sliced potatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can drained peas
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Pat the ground beef evenly into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Spread potatoes, onion, peas and mushrooms evenly over beef.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix the soups together; spread evenly over the top.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
