Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size hen
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; remove from bone.
    Place in bottom of large casserole dish; season with salt and pepper.
    Cover with 1/2 stick margarine, chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Stir flour and milk together; pour over chicken and soup mixture. Cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 generous servings.
