Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts *
    1 stalk celery
    4 carrots
    canned or fresh mushrooms
    soy sauce
    margarine
Preparation
    Put chicken breasts in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add vegetables, all sliced.
    Vegetable types and amounts can vary according to your taste.
    Douse with soy sauce.
    Add several pats of margarine. Seal pan with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
