Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Cook cornstarch and sugar until clear.
Let cool.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add sugar mixture.
Beat until stiff.
