Baked Salmon Loaf(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can salmon, boned
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix salmon with cracker crumbs, milk and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Form into loaf.
    Bake 45 minutes.
