Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
1 c. cheese, grated
3 eggs, separated
1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Add milk and beaten egg yolks.
Cook until very thick.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add drained corn and cheese.
Stir in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
