Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tart apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Pare apples; slice and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
Arrange in 9-inch pastry lined pan.
Sift remaining sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then in moderate oven at 350\u00b0, for about 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
