Poppy Seed Dressing (Tart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 small onion, cut up (1/4 medium)
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. salad oil (pure corn oil is best)
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Puree or liquify
    onion
    in
    small amount of vinegar in blender.
    Mix sugar,
    salt\tand
    dry
    mustard together and mix well.
    Add the rest
    of the vinegar and lemon juice to blender and slowly blend in dry ingredients.
    Add oil slowly and blend thoroughly.
    Add poppy seed last.
