24-Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    1 lb. fresh spinach, chopped
    10 oz. frozen tiny peas, thawed but not cooked
    1 c. cooked spring onions, chopped
    10 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Ranch Style dressing mix
Preparation
    Layer the first 5 ingredients in a dish.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing mix.
    Spread dressing over salad, making sure the salad is completely covered.
    Chill 24 hours.
