Mushroom Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. Co-Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. dry white wine (optional)
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Lightly flour chicken; season with salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil; remove.
    Add mushrooms and saute lightly.
    Place rice in bottom of ovenproof baking dish.
    Place mushrooms in 6 mounds evenly spaced in dish.
    Place chicken on mounds.
    Mix soups and wine.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove cover; sprinkle generously with cheese.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 6.
