Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    2 c. zucchini, cut in rounds
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown sausage (out of casing).
    Add celery, cook 10 minutes. Add everything else, except mushrooms.
    Simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook 10 to 15 more minutes.
