Always Perfect Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 5 lb. beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Line an oblong aluminum or glass pan with enough heavy-duty foil to be sealed in the middle of top. Spread half the can of soup over foil in bottom.
Cover with half the dry onion soup.
Place roast on top.
Spread remaining half can of soup onto the roast and cover with rest of onion soup. Seal tightly on top.
Place in oven for 2 to 3 hours, according to size of roast. Makes own gravy.
