Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 hash brown potato patties
    1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery)
    1 small sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine
    2 to 3 c. Bran Flakes
Preparation
    Spray bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put hash browns in bottom of pan.
    In a bowl, mix onions, salt, pepper, soup (no water), sour cream and cheese.
    Spread on potatoes.
    Melt margarine.
    Crush Bran Flakes; mix with margarine.
    Spread on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Let set 15 minutes before serving.
