Stove Top Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained (save juice for later)
    2/3 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, halved or chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
    cherries
Preparation
    In nonstick frying pan, melt margarine or butter over low heat.
    Arrange pineapple slices on bottom, using pecan or walnut halves to fill spaces.
    Place one cherry in each pineapple hole. Scatter brown sugar over pineapple and nuts.
    Add cake mix (prepared according to directions in cake mix box, substituting pineapple juice for some of the water required).
    Cover and cook for 25 minutes or until cake tester or knife comes out clean when inserted.
    Let cool.
    Invert onto cake plate or server.
