Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 slices bread, crumbled
1 egg, beaten
5 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Mix these ingredients in a pan on stove for sauce.
Stir as it cooks.
Add 2/3 cup of the sauce to the ground beef mixture.
Cook ground beef mixture in a loaf pan (4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inches) at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
After a half hour of cooking time, carefully pour off the grease from the ground beef and add the rest of the sauce to the beef mixture.
Cook for the remaining half an hour.
Feeds 6 to 8 people.
