Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (2 lb.)
2 stalks celery
5 bay leaves
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. Minute rice, cooked
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (topping)
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts with celery stalks and bay leaves until tender. Cut chicken into chunks. Salt to taste.
