Salmon-Stuffed French Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped cucumber
    1/3 c. sandwich spread
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained, slightly flaked and skin and bones removed
    3 French style rolls, split or 6 slices bread
    green pepper rings
Preparation
    In a bowl, toss together the chopped broccoli flowerets, shredded carrots and chopped cucumber.
    Stir in the (Kraft) sandwich spread, dill weed and pepper.
    Fold in the flaked salmon. Assemble roll or bread, salmon mixture and green pepper rings. Makes 3 servings.
