Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Fold egg whites and pecans in last. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
