Ingredients

1 qt. vinegar
2 qt. watah
1/2 cuppa plain salt
pod uv red pepper
1 tsp. dill seed
bud uv garlic
Preparation

Have 2 pounds small green beans, stemed...cut in smaller pieces if desired...pack in sterilized jars...add 1 hot pepper, 1 clove garlic 'n 1 teaspoon dill seed fur each pint.
Boil 2 cups watah, 1/4 cuppa salt and 1 pint cidar vinegar.
Fill jars with liquid, seal 'n process at 212\u00b0 fur 5 minutes.
Will make 4 pints.
