Banana Fluff Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (5 5/8 oz.)
4 medium bananas
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. melted Parkay
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Stir together flour, brown sugar, pecans and Parkay.
Spread evenly in a shallow pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool. Sprinkle half of crumbs in bottom of serving dish.
Slice bananas into crumbs.
Prepare pudding mix as directed.
Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows.
Pour filling over banana slices.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Chill several hours.
