Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small bottle hot ketchup
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke (Wrights hickory flavor)
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
about 1 Tbsp. liquid Domino sugar*

Preparation

*Use less for pick up food like hot wings; more sugar for grilled food.
