Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising corn meal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 large onion
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease an iron skillet or a large Pyrex dish.
Combine all ingredients and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
