Syrup Candy(Taffy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil briskly and constantly for 20 minutes, stirring all the time.
    When cool enough, pull it quickly until it is white.
    Cut in desired lengths and wrap in waxed paper.
    Store in cool place.
