Coney Island Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
3 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
1 (12 oz.) pkg. hot dogs, cut in eighths
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine celery, onion, green pepper, rice and relish and heat. Blend mayonnaise with remaining ingredients; pour over rice mixture and toss lightly.
Turn into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Each serving contains about 280 calories.
