Rolled Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed overnight, wrapped
    1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
    1/4 lb. hot ham
    Egg Yolk Wash*
    1/2 lb. Genoa salami
    1 to 2 sliced, briefly sauteed green peppers
Preparation
    Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness on floured board.
    Cover, except about 1/4-inch, from edge with salami, cheese, hot ham and peppers.
    Fold in the sides and roll.
