Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 envelopes whipped topping
1 c. granulated sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3 oz.)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Combine margarine, crumbs, powdered sugar and dry gelatin. Blend and pat into bottom of a 7 x 11-inch dish.
Mix topping mix and milk.
Add sugar gradually and whip until light and fluffy. Beat cream cheese until fluffy and fold into topping. Spoon pie filling over the cream layer, carefully spreading so the surface is covered. Chill. Cut in squares and serve.
