Boy'S Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chives
    1/3 to 1/2 c. bacon bits
    1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until almost done.
    Remove from oven long enough to cool, then peel.
    Set aside.
    In a large pot or mixing bowl, add margarine to potatoes while warm.
    Add margarine, milk and sour cream.
    Beat well until blended.
    Add chives, bacon bits and 1/2 package cheese.
    Beat until well blended.
    Put into large baking pan or dish.
    Add remaining shredded Cheddar on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 heaping helpings.
