Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef or chicken
flour tortillas
grated cheese
2 cans red enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown ground meat and season with salt and pepper and chopped onions.
Drain grease.
Roll ground meat and grated cheese in flour tortilla.
Place seam side down in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Combine enchilada sauce and soup.
Pour over pan of enchiladas.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
