Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. flour
    6 to 7 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water, heated
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes; add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and eggs.
    Add butter/margarine and milk which has been scalded; mix thoroughly. Dissolve yeast in water and 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar mixture.
    Add to potato mixture.
    Add 2 cups flour; beat well.
    Use a dough hook if available and add remaining 6 to 7 cups flour.
