Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

prepared dough for 3 dozen sugar cookies
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
strawberry glaze
fresh fruit
nuts, optional
whipped cream, optional

Preparation

Roll cookie dough out on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Bake, then allow to cool.
Top with a mixture of cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread strawberry glaze on top of cream cheese layer. Top with sliced fruit.
Garnish with whipped cream and nuts.
